Downtown Atlanta's most posh locale, The Glenn Hotel, is excited to announce The Maxim Prime Steakhouse. Open in March of 2008, Maxim Prime is sure to be the hottest restaurant concept in the city. Developed by Maxim Magazine, the best-selling men's lifestyle magazine in the world, and world-renowned restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow of China Grill Management, this new twist on the traditional steakhouse will be the first of several Maxim Prime Steakhouse locations.
Chodorow and his culinary team will oversee the restaurant design, recruitment of staff and creation of menus. The design will feature a mix of cutting-edge style, comfort and sophistication that has become a trademark of other Chodorow restaurants, including China Grill, Asia de Cuba, Social Miami at Sagamore, Social Hollywood and Ono at Hotel Gansevoort. "Maxim Prime Steakhouse will be cool, modern and sophisticated, taking a non-traditional approach and will appeal to both men and women," says Chodorow. The vision for Maxim Prime Steakhouse parallels the chic style and superior service at The Glenn Hotel making their partnership ideal in pioneering the path for Maxim Prime Steakhouse. China Grill Management and Maxim Magazine expect to have 15 restaurants open across the country in various cities within five years.
